Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your service.

This is a courtesy to our staff and enables us to accommodate other clients.

If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours, your 50% down payment will be taken as a cancellation fee.

However, if you are experiencing symptoms and you need to cancel within the 24 hour times frame, we understand and will waive the fee. *Please let us know as soon as you are having symptoms, simply no-showing for an appointment or calling within an hour or two beforehand would not be acceptable and we would need to charge the standard cancellation fee.
